3. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds within the first 10 days of your purchase of a service. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
In the first 10 days, Project Manager have failed to understand the requirements.
The project is not going as per your expectations.
If there are additional revisions but still the project is not going the way you want, the refund can be placed.
Only regular priced services may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
b. Change of Manager (if applicable): We only change the manager if the manager is unable to meet the expectations of the project. If you need to change the manager, you can directly contact us at email@example.com.
c. Exempt Refund: The following are exempt from refunds:
If the project exceeds 10 days.
If the project goes out of scope. All the things mentioned in the proposal are only part of the scope. If the changes or modifications requested by the client are out of scope, the refund will not be initiated.
If the changes/updates are approved by the client and have been implemented on the store, the refund will not be made in that case.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
It takes 6-7 working days for the refund process. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
